To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

By uploading photos to our service, you agree to our Privacy & Photo Use Policy and Photo Upload Terms & Release.

Key points:

• You must have permission to upload photos of children
• Photos are used only for character generation and then discarded
• We do not store or share your photos without explicit consent
• You retain ownership of your photos

Payment is required before story generation begins. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days' notice.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. Generated stories and characters are created using our proprietary technology and are provided to you for personal use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without permission.

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

In no event shall Little Chapters, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
