It's easy! You can Sign Up using your email or Social Login (Google/Facebook) to save your characters and stories for future books.
Guest Checkout:
In a rush? You can also preview and checkout as a guest without creating an account.

Account holders get to save their characters for future stories and get access to exclusive updates and special promotions.
What do I need to get started?
Just your child's name and a clear photo!
No Photo? No Problem.
If you don't have a photo on hand, you can simply describe their features (hair color, eye color, etc.) to create their character.

4 Photo Upload Guidelines
📸 Your photo helps inspire our creative tools to design a fictional, storybook-style character that captures your child's spirit.
Follow these guidelines for the best results:
1️⃣ Framing & Composition
✅ Do:
- • Center your child in the frame
- • Capture from head to upper torso
- • Keep camera eye-level or slightly above
- • Natural, happy, or calm expression
❌ Avoid:
- • Side profiles or turned heads
- • Silly faces or exaggerated expressions
- • Hands, toys, or objects covering face
💡 Pro tip: Pretend it's a school photo — clear, centered, and natural works best.
2️⃣ Lighting & Image Quality
✅ Do:
- • Bright, soft natural light (near window)
- • Even lighting on face and hair
- • High-resolution (1500×1500px or larger)
- • Sharp and in focus
❌ Avoid:
- • Dark rooms or strong shadows
- • Direct sunlight or flash photography
- • Filters, heavy edits, or color effects

🔒 Photo & Privacy
Q: Can I upload a photo that includes more than one person?
A: We can only create stories for one featured child per book. Please upload a single-person photo of your child with no other people visible.
Q: Will my child's real photo appear in the book?
A: Never — we create a stylized character inspired by their likeness. The child's real photo is not stored or used after the character creation request.
Q: Do you keep the photo after my order?
A: The uploaded photo is never stored; it is used as reference for part of the character image generation request then discarded.
5 Technical Questions
How long does story generation take?
The initial preview takes just a few minutes! For the full book, we process it after your order. Don't worry about waiting around, we will email you as soon as the full story is finalized and moves to production.
Can I edit my character?
Please make sure you are happy with your character's name and appearance during the creation phase. Once an order is placed, the character is locked in so we can begin printing your book immediately.
What photo formats are supported?
We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats. Photos should be under 15MB and show your child's face clearly for best results. See detailed photo guidelines.
6 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship physical books?
Yes! While we offer digital versions (coming soon), our main pride and joy is our Premium Hardcover Book. It is professionally printed on high-quality archival paper with a durable matte cover, designed to be a keepsake for years to come.
How long does it take to receive my book?
Since every book is 100% unique and printed on-demand just for your child, we need a little time to work our magic.
Production Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to print and bind your custom book.
Shipping Time:
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after printing.
Total Time:
Most families receive their books within 10–14 days of ordering.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship inside the United States only.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your book is printed and leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

What are the book specifications and layout?
Our books are designed as premium, heirloom-quality keepsakes meant to last a lifetime.
Format:
7.5" x 7.5" Hardcover (Perfect for little hands).
Layout:
Most stories feature a classic design with story text on the left and a full-page custom illustration on the right.
Paper:
Printed on premium heavyweight paper (80#) to ensure the colors pop and the pages are durable.
8 Policies
Are refunds available for personalized books?
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our children's storybooks, all sales are final and non-refundable. Each book is uniquely created with your child's name, appearance, and specific story elements, making it non-reusable and non-resellable.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if requested before we begin personalization and production (typically within 1 hour of purchase). For more details, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.
9 Troubleshooting
Character generation failed
Try uploading a different photo with better lighting and clarity. Ensure the photo shows your child's face clearly and is under 15MB.
Story generation is taking too long
Story generation can take up to 30 minutes. If it's been longer, try refreshing the page or contact support if the issue persists.
I can't see my character in the story
This usually means the character generation didn't complete successfully. Try regenerating the character image or contact support.
PDF download not working
Ensure your story generation is complete first. PDF generation takes an additional 2-3 minutes after the story is finished.
