All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our children's storybooks, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Each book created by Little Chapters is a unique, personalized item designed specifically for the customer and includes custom details (such as names, appearance, and specific story elements) which render the product non-reusable and non-resellable.

Before submitting your order, please ensure all personalized information (names, spellings, character details, etc.) is accurate.

No Refunds

Once an order is placed and processing has begun, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if requested before we begin personalization and production (typically within 1 hour of purchase). After that, we're unable to cancel or refund as materials and design time are committed.

Corrections/Errors on Our End

If the product arrives with a mistake that is demonstrably our error (e.g., a spelling mistake that differs from the information you provided in your order, a manufacturing defect, or shipping damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement of the defective or incorrect item. We may request photo proof of the error or damage.
